- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/4.cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 lbs.flour
- 1/2. salt
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8oz)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. green onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Cook and stir in ground beef in a 10-inch skillet until brown; drain.

3Stir in tomato sauce, bell pepper, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp salt, pepper and parsley flakes.

4Boil 1 minute stirring constantly.

5Pour into an ungreased rectangular pan 13x9x2-inch.

6Sprinkle cheese on top.

7Beat eggs, milk, oil, 1 cup flour and 1/2 tsp. salt with hand beater until smooth.

8Pour over cheese.

9Sprinkle with onion.

10Bake 25-30 minutes. or until puffy and golden brown.

11Serve immediately.
