Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour
Directions

1Add yeast to water.

2Stir in sugar, oil, salt and egg until sugar and salt are dissolved.

3Stir in one cup of flour until mixture is smooth.

4Let rise, covered, on top of a warm pan of water for 15 minutes.

5Stir down and add remaining flour.

6Turn onto board and knead three minutes.

7Roll into 16 balls, quickly. Place in buttered pan and brush butter on tops.

8Cover and place in warm place to rise for 25 minutes.

9Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
