  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. fluffy white icing mix
  • 1/3 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Directions

    Combine icing mix, syrup and boiling water.

    Beat on high speed for 1 minute.

    Add vanilla and beat until stiff peaks form. Turn to low speed and beat in the confectioners sugar.

    Fold in the nuts.

    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.

    Dry by turning pieces over once or twice.
  7. 7
    Store in airtight container.

    Makes about 36 pieces.
