- 1 can biscuits
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- oil
Directions

1Separate biscuits.

2Press into flat round circles.

3Cut a hole in center.

4Heat oil in small kettle.

5Drop biscuits, 2 at a time, into hot oil, turning once.

6Fry to golden brown.

7Remove and place on paper towel.

8As soon as they drain, combine sugar and cinnamon mixture.

9Roll doughnuts in this while they are still warm.

10Continue to do so with doughnut holes and remaining doughnuts.

11May use sugar and cinnamon to your taste.

12You may also dip in melted butter before frying.
