  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

    Shape evenly into 18 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter, using moistened hands.
