Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Mix all ingredients until well blended.

2Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands.

3Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover.

4Cook 30 minutes or until done.

5Drain.

6To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.

7Note: Prepare matzo balls as directed.

8Cover and freeze in plastic food storage bags for up to 3 weeks.
