  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup matzo meal
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients until well blended.

    Shape mixture into 1-inch balls with moistened hands.

    Add to pot of boiling salted water; cover.

    Cook 30 minutes or until done.

    Drain.

    To serve, heat matzo balls in chicken soup.
