Quick & Easy Tea Biscuits

- 70 g flour
- 40 g sugar
- 30 g vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp tea leaves
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.

2Prepare a bowl, and put in the flour, sugar and tea leaves.

3Mix well.

4The tea leaves should be finely ground, if they are not, grind them and add to the bowl through a tea strainer.

5Pour the vegetable oil into the bowl.

6Keep mixing with a rubber spatula.

7Once the mixture becomes a soft dough, wrap it in plastic film and keep kneading.

8Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

9Then roll up the dough into small balls (about half the size of a golf ball) and place them on the tray.

10Bake for 15 min, and leave them to cool without touching.

11Be careful, the just cooked biscuits are fragile so can easy lose their shape.

12Serve with a nice cup of tea!
