- 2 egg whites
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1Heat syrup to a boil.

2Beat eggs and salt for 30 seconds until foamy.

3Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.

4Slowly add boiling corn syrup to egg white mixture.

5Add vanilla.

6Continue beating until frosting becomes thick enough to spread, about 3 minutes.
