  • 2 egg whites
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

    Beat eggs and salt for 30 seconds until foamy.

    Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute.

    Slowly add boiling corn syrup to egg white mixture.
