- 1 pkg. flour tortillas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 can Hormel chili
- 1/2 can water
- 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Saute ground beef and onion.

2Drain fat and add salt, pepper, chili and water.

3Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.

4Butter both sides of flour tortillas and lay in 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Each shell should be folded in half and set side by side with open end up.

6Fill each shell with the hot meat mixture and sprinkle some onions and cheese into each one.

7Spoon remaining meat and onions and cheese over top of all of it.

8Cover with foil.

9Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
