Ingredients
- 1 c. chopped onions (2 medium onions)
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 (10 3/4 oz. each) cans condensed chicken broth
- 2 soup cans water
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 2 medium green peppers, diced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Cook onions and garlic in oil in a large, heavy pan, until tender.

2Add remaining ingredients.

3Heat to boiling.

4Reduce heat.

5Cover and simmer until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 minutes.
