- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Slice and cook carrots; add green pepper and onion.

2Heat vinegar, oil, sugar, tomato soup and mustard.

3Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight.

4Serve either hot or cold.
