  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Directions

    Slice and cook carrots; add green pepper and onion.

    Heat vinegar, oil, sugar, tomato soup and mustard.

    Pour over carrots. Marinate overnight.

    Serve either hot or cold.
