Ingredients

  • 2 cup Cold white rice
  • 2 cup chopped sausage
  • 1 crushed garlic
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion small or half large onion
  • 2 eggs (you can use one)
  • 1 onion powder
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots
  • 1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce

Directions

    Cook rice as directed then place in refrigerator for an hour or more.

    Cook sausage drain and set to the side.

    Cook onions, peas & carrots (your choice of vegetables).

    Add meat and rice.

    Scramble egg and add seasonings mix well.
