Ingredients
- 2 cup Cold white rice
- 2 cup chopped sausage
- 1 crushed garlic
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 chopped onion small or half large onion
- 2 eggs (you can use one)
- 1 onion powder
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots
- 1 1/2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
Directions

1Cook rice as directed then place in refrigerator for an hour or more.

2Cook sausage drain and set to the side.

3Cook onions, peas & carrots (your choice of vegetables).

4Add meat and rice.

5Scramble egg and add seasonings mix well.
