Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 bag Skinner Medium Shells (use 1/2 Bag)
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 can 8 Oz Hunts Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cube Chicken Flavored Bouillon (I Use Ya'sta')

Directions

    Add oil to a medium size pan, add shells and toast until golden brown stirring constantly so they dont burn.

    Add 3 cups of the water, the tomato sauce and the bouillon cube breaking it up with your fingers.

    Bring to a point until liquid reduces by half.

    At this point you can cover and simmer for about 15 minutes for an al dente shell or add another cup of water then simmer for 15 minutes for a more tender shell.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and add herbs if you like.
