  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can fruit (peaches, cherries*, or blueberries)

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar, milk and margarine; pour into baking dish. Spoon fruit over top of batter (crust will rise above the fruit to the top).

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
