  • 3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked
  • 1 cup green beans, fresh or 1 cup green beans, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

    Puree until smooth.

    Store in the fridge until needed, and bring to room temperature before serving for best results.
