Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 large potatoes, chopped
  • 3 or 4 carrots, chopped
  • 1 can whole tomatoes
  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 can corn (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp. Pace salsa (optional)
  • pinch of rosemary
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and celery.

    Add chopped potatoes and carrots to mixture.

    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce (corn and salsa if desired), rosemary and chili powder.

    Season to taste with Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper.

    Cook for about 45 minutes.
