- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, chopped
- 3 or 4 carrots, chopped
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can corn (optional)
- 3 Tbsp. Pace salsa (optional)
- pinch of rosemary
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- Mrs. Dash seasoning to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat, onion, bell pepper and celery.

2Add chopped potatoes and carrots to mixture.

3Add tomatoes, tomato sauce (corn and salsa if desired), rosemary and chili powder.

4Season to taste with Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper.

5Cook for about 45 minutes.
