- 2 cups flour
- 1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shredded Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. each chopped fresh rosemary and thyme
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

2Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl.

3Stir in cheese and herbs.

4Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

5Make well in centre of flour mixture.

6Whisk egg and buttermilk until blended.

7Gradually add to flour mixture, stirring after each addition just until blended.

8Shape dough into ball with lightly floured hands; place on parchment-covered baking sheet.

9Pat into 9x6-inch oval shape.

10Bake 35 min.

11or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

12Cool on baking sheet 10 min.
