- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 3/4 c. raisins
Directions

1In blender, mix cream cheese and sugar or blend well by hand. Stir in raisins.

2Set aside.

3Press 2 biscuits together.

4Flatten on breadboard to make 4-inch square.

5Repeat to make nine more squares.

6Spoon filling onto centers of dough.

7Pull diagonal corners together over filling and pinch to seal.

8Repeat with other two corners.

9Arrange buns on greased 9-inch pie plate or square cake pan.

10Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.

11Cool slightly.
