- 1 lb. cooked asparagus or 2 cans asparagus
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. almonds
Directions

1Place the cooked or canned asparagus in a glass baking dish. Cover with Mozzarella cheese, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over that.

2Top off with the almonds.

3Warm in microwave until cheese is melted, 3 to 4 minutes (sometimes less time).
