- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- jam
Directions

1Cut cream cheese and butter into biscuit mix.

2Add milk and mix thoroughly.

3Knead dough.

4Roll out to size of cookie sheet. Grease pan and invert dough onto pan.

5Slit 1-inch strips 1/4 of the way into the center on both long sides of dough.

6Spread jam on center 1/2 of dough.

7Fold slitted dough into center.

8Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

9Drizzle with icing after it has cooled. Slice along slits and down the center.
