- 1/3 c. butter or margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 lb. large shrimp (raw), peeled and deveined
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. parsley, snipped
Directions

1Cream butter with all ingredients except shrimp.

2Divide shrimp equally on 6 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.

3Top with butter mixture.

4Bring foil up around shrimp; seal tightly.

5Place shrimp directly on hot coals.

6Cook 5 to 7 minutes.

7Serve in foil packages.
