  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 4 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 3/4 lb. hamburger
  • 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic (kind in a jar)
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
