Ingredients

  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (33 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (Kroger traditional)
  • 1 box lasagna noodles
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste

    Cook and crumble meat.

    Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder; season to taste.

    Drain off fat.

    Then return meat to pan and add sauce.

    Boil noodles.

    Mix cheeses together.

    In an ungreased pan, 9 x 13 x 2-inch, cover bottom with a layer of noodles, meat, then layer of cheese.

    Repeat layering one more time.

    Bake in oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
