- 1 small lasagna noodles (do not cook)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 c. cottage cheese, mixed with 2 beaten eggs
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese and Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add sauce and water, salt and seasoning.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4Mix in small bowl cottage cheese and eggs until blended.

5Put 1/3 cup of meat in bottom, then noodles, then 1 cup cottage cheese, then Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.

6Repeat.

7End with meat.

8Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, then put more cheese on top.

9Bake until cheese is melted.
