- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce without meat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Brown meat in a large skillet; drain well.

2Stir in next 5 ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Cook noodles according to package directions.

4Layer noodles and then sauce and cottage cheese until all are used up.

5Finish up with Mozzarella on top.

6Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes, until well heated.

7Let stand about 10 minutes, then serve.
