- 2 c. lima beans, cooked and drained (garden fresh is best)
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 c. quick cooking rice
- 1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Place beans in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

2Stir in corn, tomatoes, rice and Italian seasoning.

3Bake, covered, in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

5Top with cheese.

6Bake 5 minutes more.
