  • onions
  • ketchup
  • chicken stock
  • white wine
  • parsley

Directions

    Saute liver in butter; take out.

    Saute onions, put in a little ketchup, stir, put in rest of ingredients.

    Stir; put liver back.

    Serve with rice.
