Quick Macadamia Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 each garlic clove, pressed
  • 4 each chicken breasts boneless
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 each sweet red bell peppers red pepper, sweet
  • 1/4 pound green beans optional
  • 1 each tomatoes
  • 18 pound macadamia nuts
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 18 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 x sesame oil

Directions

    Slice or chop all ingredients.

    Saute the garlic in the sesame oil, until just fragrant.
  3. 3
    Add the dill and the chicken, and saute for about five minutes.

    Add the green beans and the red pepper; saute for another couple of minutes.

    Add the tomato and the macadamia nuts; saute another minute or two.

    Add the honey and the sesame seeds.

    Continue cooking just long enough to warm the honey.

    NOTES: This is wonderful served with couscous.

    Use chicken broth when cooking the couscous.

    You can thicken the sauce with about 1/4 teaspoons arrowroot, or some cornstarch.
