- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1In large bowl mix 1/2 cup of the mushroom soup, beef, onion soup mix, bread crumbs and egg.

2In 12 x 8-inch baking dish firmly shape meat mixture into 8 x 4-inch loaf.

3Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours or until done.

4Spoon off 2 tablespoons drippings, reserve. In saucepan over medium heat, heat remaining soup, water and reserved drippings to boiling, stirring occasionally.

5Thin sauce with additional water, if needed.

6Spoon over meat loaf.
