Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
  • 1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (may substitute 3/4 tsp. garlic powder and 3/4 tsp. onion powder)
  • dash or two hot sauce (if desired)

Directions

    Heat oven to 425°.

    Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings thoroughly.

    Shape by tablespoon in 1 1/2-inch balls.

    Place on ungreased pan.

    Bake until done, about 10 minutes.

    Now add the meatballs to your favorite recipe.
