- 1 12 inch fully cooked pizza shell
- 1 container fresh salsa (or your favorite bottled variety)
- 1 12 oz package chipotle-lime grilled chicken (Trader Joe's)or your own grilled chicken cut into strips
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- Sour cream as a garnish
Directions

1Heat the oven to 450 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 425

2Lightly brush edges of crust with olive oil

3Drain some of the liquid from the salsa and spread over the crust

4Top with grilled chicken strips

5Top all with shredded cheese

6Bake 10 - 12 minutes until the pizza is heated through

7let it rest a few minutes, slice and service with sour cream on the side
