Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
Directions

1Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender.

2Increase heat to high.

3Add pork; cook and stir 5 min.

4or until pork is golden brown on all sides.

5Add 1/2 cup water, barbecue sauce, chocolate and crushed red pepper; mix well.

6Bring to a boil; cover.

7Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 min.

8or until pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

9Serve over rice.
