Spam Casserole

Directions

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   Mix soups, milk and 1 cup shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl.

   Open, rinse and drain Spam.

   Dice into 1/2 inch cubes and add to mixing bowl.

   Add uncooked pasta to mixing bowl and mix together.

   Note: A mixer is a bit overkill for this, so I just use a ball whisk because it doesnt catch the pasta pieces.

   Pour entire mixture into a large greased casserole dish.

   I use Olive Oil pan spray and it gives a little extra flavor, but use whatever you prefer.

   Cover with casserole dish lid or aluminum foil and bake for 60 minutes.

    Remove from oven and remove lid/foil.

    Spread remaining shredded cheese over the top and return to oven uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.

    Let it sit for about 10 minutes before you dig in!
