   Preheat oven to 350°.

   Grease and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan.

   In a large mixer bowl, blend cake mix, eggs, water and oil at low speed until moistened.

   Beat 2 minutes at high speed.

   Pour into pan.

   Sprinkle nuts and chocolate pieces over batter.
