- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 13 cup Splenda granular
- 13 cup canola oil
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 12 cups nonfat milk
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.

3In a bowl stir together the sugar, splenda, oil and egg.

4Stir in milk until blended.

5Add all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda and stir until just combined.

6Fold in the nuts.

7Spoon batter into the loaf pan.

8Bake for one hour or until toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

9Cool the loaf for 15 minutes before serving.

10For easier slicing you can refrigerate the loaf once it is fully cooled before serving.
