  • 3 1/2 c. baking mix (may use reduced fat)
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Tang crystals (dry)
  • 1 1/4 c. milk

Directions

    Stir dry ingredients together, mixing thoroughly.

    Add milk to form a stiff dough.

    Drop by heaping tablespoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake at 425° for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden.

    While baking, prepare icing.

    Spread on danish while hot.

    Yields 6 danish.
