  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen cube or country style potatoes
  • 1 c. onion, diced
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 cube oleo
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

    Melt 1/2 of the oleo in a baking dish or pan.

    Pour in potatoes, onion and seasoning.

    Top with rest of oleo and mushroom soup.

    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 325° oven.

    Stir. Return to oven for 15 minutes more.

    Stir again; top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
