- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen cube or country style potatoes
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 cube oleo
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Directions

1Melt 1/2 of the oleo in a baking dish or pan.

2Pour in potatoes, onion and seasoning.

3Top with rest of oleo and mushroom soup.

4Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in a 325° oven.

5Stir. Return to oven for 15 minutes more.

6Stir again; top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes more.
