  • 4 (8 oz.) cans canned (not fresh) oysters
  • 3/4 to 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 gal. milk
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Cook butter and oysters together only until good and hot and butter is melted. Add milk, salt and pepper.

    Heat only until good and hot. Do not boil.
