  • 8 ounces truRoots Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup minced onion
  • 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
  • Italian herbs
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil fresh, plus sprigs for garnish
  • grated Parmesan cheese Dried

Directions

    COOK pasta in large pot of salted boiling water, just until al dente, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.

    HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions, 4 to 5 minutes, or until softened. Stir in tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in basil.

    PLACE pasta on serving platter. Top with marinara, cheese and basil sprigs for garnish.
