Quick Peach Pie

- 5 peaches, sliced
- 5 slices white loaf bread, trim crust
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond
Directions

1Place sliced peaches in a pie plate and sprinkle a little sugar over them to keep them from turning brown.

2Cut each slice of bread into 4 fingers and weave into a lattice crust on top of peaches. Mix sugar, flour, melt butter, egg and flavorings well.

3Coat crust with mixture.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
