- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 cup Chopped Nuts
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2Beat egg whites lightly, then slowly add in sugar and vanilla. Beat with a hand mixer until you have stiff peaks. Gently fold in nuts and chocolate.

3Line a cookie sheet with foil. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the pan. Place in oven, turn off the oven, and let cookies sit 2 hours or up to 8 hours. As Oleta says: Good!
