- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced peaches, thawed
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) graham cracker crust
- 1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Directions

1Place 1 cup peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth.

2Pour pureed peaches into a saucepan; add corn syrup, water and cornstarch.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.

4Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.

5Remove from heat; stir in remaining peach slices and lemon juice.

6Spoon mixture into crust; top with whipped cream.

7Cover and chill 8 hours.
