- 5 pears, halved and cored
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. packed light brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- cinnamon
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Place pear halves, cut side up, in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, then with brown sugar. Pour 3 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine evenly over pear halves.

3Cover and bake 20 minutes or until just tender.
