- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
Directions

1Cut squash lengthwise into eighths. Stir together dill weed, mint, vinegar, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and dried crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Add squash, tossing to coat. Cover and chill 1 hour.
