  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (dry)
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • baked pastry shell or graham cracker shell
  • whipped cream (optional)

Directions

    In a large bowl, put pineapple, sour cream, dry pudding mix and sugar.

    Mix all together by hand;

    put into baked pastry shell or graham cracker pie shell.

    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

    Can serve with whipped cream.
