- 1/2 c. stewed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- chopped vegetables: green bell pepper, onion, zucchini, squash, etc.
- 1/2 c. shredded or sliced cheese
- 3 pieces bread
- 1/4 lb. ground beef (optional)
- 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Brown hamburger in skillet, drain off fat.

3Add taco seasoning and chopped vegetables.

4Place tomato sauce or stewed tomatoes (with juice) on the bread.

5Place ground beef and/or vegetable mixture on the bread.

6Place cheese on top of the filling.

7Bake for 15 minutes.
