  • frozen or purchased bread dough
  • olive oil
  • 1 diced scallion
  • homemade or purchased pizza sauce
  • leftover vegetables
  • other pizza toppings as desired, e.g., sausage, pepperoni
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fontina cheese

Directions

    Grease pan with olive oil.

    Spread out dough.

    It will shrink back slightly.

    Lightly brush with olive oil.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Bake in preheated 475° oven for 12 minutes.
