- frozen or purchased bread dough
- olive oil
- 1 diced scallion
- homemade or purchased pizza sauce
- leftover vegetables
- other pizza toppings as desired, e.g., sausage, pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese
- Fontina cheese
Directions

1Grease pan with olive oil.

3It will shrink back slightly.

4Lightly brush with olive oil.

6Bake in preheated 475° oven for 12 minutes.

8Add sauce and chopped vegetables and toppings.
