Quick Pork Chops With Rice

- 6 pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
- 1 1/2 c. rice, cooked
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 can chicken rice soup
Directions

1Season chops with salt and pepper. Saute in a small amount of oil until browned on both sides.

2Place rice in a 7 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Pour orange juice over rice. Arrange browned chops on rice and pour soup over chops. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
