- 1/2 of a medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 of a medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284mL) chicken broth
- 1 can (19 fl oz/ 540 mL) Primo Kidney Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups Minute Rice Brand Rice, uncooked
Directions

1Cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter in large skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.

2Add broth, beans and hot pepper sauce; stir.

3Bring to boil.

4Stir in rice; cover.

5Remove from heat.

6Let stand 5 min.

7Fluff with fork.
