- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 large bottle red food coloring
- 3 eggs

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour two 9-inch round or heart-shaped pans.

3In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.

4Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched in center.

5Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
