  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 large bottle red food coloring
  • 3 eggs

    Grease and flour two 9-inch round or heart-shaped pans.

    In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.
