Quick Red Velvet Cake

   Heat oven to 350°.

   Grease and flour two 9-inch round or heart-shaped pans.

   In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at high speed.

   Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched in center.

   Cool 15 minutes; remove from pans. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
